We are in to the run up for Christmas. How are you all doing?

It has been a bit of crazy year for sure!  I hope that you are safe and well, and looking forward to spending some quality time with your loved ones, albeit on a much smaller scale than normal.

In regards to the stats the sales for Okotoks are actually up 81% from last year, which is huge!  People are still moving for sure, and with the extremely favourable mortgage rates, people are making sure they don’t miss out.
