Due to the popularity of this event it comes back to Okotoks by popular demand! This one day GoGirl workshop is a action packed day designed to help and encourage girls, aged between 9 and 15 to pursue an active living lifestyle in Okotoks. GoGirls are invited to come and participate in a variety of physical activities both indoor and outdoor and to access information about these and other physical activity options. During the one day only event the GoGirls will attend information sessions and they will be provided with nutrition and wellness resources.

Girls 9 to 15 years old are invited to a fun day of activities including:

• Zumba
